ParkMobile Resident Discount Program - Houston, Texas

Beginning May 22, 2017, registered residents of Houston will be eligible to use the
Parkmobile app with no convenience fee. To enjoy the app for free, Houston residents will need to submit at least 2 of 3 items below to Parkmobile. Please note that you must create a Parkmobile account before applying for the discount. For more information about registering a new account using the ParkHouston app, please click the 'ParkHouston Registration Instructions' file provided at the end of this article. 

  1. Valid Photo ID -

This must be issued by a local state or federal agency and must reference a Houston mailing address (Driver’s license, State ID, Passport)

    2. Valid Vehicle Registration - 

This must belong to the person requesting the resident discount; if the registration is under a different name, resident must provide proof of insurance, coupled with a Houston mailing address

    3. Valid Proof of Residency - 

One of the following monthly bills/statements with the resident’s name and Houston address mailed within the last 30 days (Please note that Internet/Electronic bills are not acceptable proof of domicile). The following documents will be accepted:

  • Utility bill
  • Cell phone bill
  • Bank statement
  • Credit card statement
  • Vehicle insurance bill
  • Mortgage statement
  • Property tax statement (last one received)

Please send forms of proof to houstonresidents@parkmobileglobal.com. To expedite the process, please include your license plate number and the 10 digit mobile phone number associated with your Parkmobile account.

Once your residency documents have been approved you should receive an email from us within 3 business days confirming the discount has been applied to your account. At this point you may begin using the Parkmobile app with no transaction fee. We cannot offer refunds for transactions initiated before or during the review period.
