Will I receive confirmation that my session has been activated?

Yes. Each time you park, you must ensure that you receive confirmation that Parkmobile accepted and processed your parking transaction. The method in which you receive confirmation depends on whether you initiate the transaction via the automated phone system, mobile app, mobile web, or Personal Pages. If you do not receive some form of confirmation, then you are not legally parked and you risk being issued a parking citation, wheel boot, or towing.

Additionally, you can choose to receive confirmations via email, SMS, or push notification (for iPhone users). To learn how to set your parking alert preferences, see "How do I change or stop the text and/or email alerts that I receive?”.
