If you park in a zone that allows you to stop a session when you are ready to leave the parking area (See "Can I stop a parking session?") you can stop your sessions using any of the methods available for starting the session:
- Mobile app
Log in and navigate to your active session and press stop/end and confirm that you want to stop the session.
- Mobile web
Log in and navigate to your active session and press stop/end and confirm that you want to stop the session. Please note that any time you select the option to stop parking, a pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm your request. If you are directed to the start parking screen instead, you will notice that your active session still appears on the screen since you have not confirmed the deactivation. You would need to click on the active session and choose the option to stop parking (and confirm from pop-up screen).
- Personal Pages
Log in and click "End Parking' on the left-hand navigation menu. Identify your active session and click "end parking". A confirmation page will appear showing you the details of the transaction you have just stopped.
- Automated phone system (by calling the toll-free number shown on posted Parkmobile signs or meter stickers in your parking area)
Call the toll-free number for your area, as shown on Parkmobile signs or meter stickers in your parking area, from your registered mobile phone. The Parkmobile system will recognize that you are in an active session and will ask you if you want to end your parking session. Follow the prompts and wait to hear the confirmation that your session has ended.
