How do I view an active parking session?

You can view the status of your active parking session by using the mobile app, mobile web, or using your online Personal Pages. Viewing your active parking session with the mobile apps varies by app (iPhone, Android, Windows, Blackberry, or mobile web). If you need specific instructions for viewing an active session on your device, please submit a support ticket here in the Help Center. Be sure to include the type of device that you will be using.

To view your active parking session from your Personal Pages:

1. Log in to your Personal Pages.

2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Parking History under Overview. Your parking sessions appear for the date range shown above the transactions.

3. Click the > to expand the current active parking session or sessions to view details.

To view your active parking session from the mobile app:

1. Log in to the mobile app.

2. Navigate to the active parking session (depending on which device/app you use).

3. The details of your session are displayed.

To view your active parking session from the mobile web:

1. Log in to the mobile web.

2. At the top of the Parkmobile screen, tap Active parking for your license plate number (Zone XXX).

3. The details of your session are displayed.
