How do I remove a vehicle from my account?

You can have up to five vehicles on your Parkmobile account. While you can remove vehicles at any time, you are required to have at least one license plate number on your account at all times. Instructions for removing a vehicle within your Personal Pages are shown below, but removing a license plate number within the mobile apps varies by app (iPhone, Android, Windows, Blackberry, or mobile web). In most cases though, visit the Settings within the app, then select Vehicles or Vehicle Management.

Using your Personal Pages:

1. Sign in to your Personal Pages (see What are Personal Pages?).

2. From the left navigation list, click Vehicles. The Vehicles page appears.

3. Ensure that the vehicle you would like to delete is not listed as your primary vehicle. Click the > symbol to the left of the license plate number to ensure that the “This is the primary LPN for user…” box is not selected. If the license plate number that you would like to remove is your primary vehicle, you will need to make another license plate number your primary vehicle. Do this by clicking the   > symbol to the left of the other license plate number and clicking the  “This is the primary LPN for user…” box.

4. Click Delete located to the right of the license plate number that you would like to remove.
