To remove a primary vehicle from your account, you’ll first need to login to your Personal Pages online at www.parkmobile.com. Once you’ve logged in, simply choose Vehicles from the list of links at the left side of the page. Click the > symbol to the left of the license plate number that you would like to remove and ensure that the “This is the primary LPN for user…” box is not selected. If the license plate number that you would like to remove is your primary vehicle, you will need to make another license plate number your primary vehicle. Do this by clicking the > symbol to the left of the other license plate number and clicking the “This is the primary LPN for user…” box. After making a different vehicle your primary vehicle, you will be able to delete the vehicle in question by clicking the Delete option located to the right of the license plate number.
