How do I change the email address on my account?

You can change the email address on your account in your Personal Pages, mobile app, or mobile web. Instructions for changing your email address within your Personal Pages are shown below, but changing your email address within the mobile apps varies by app (iPhone, Android, Windows, Blackberry, or mobile web). In most cases though, visit the Settings within the app and choose Profile Settings.

Using the Personal Pages:

1. Sign in to your Personal Pages (see What are Personal Pages?).

2. From the left navigation list, click My account. The Account Details page appears.

3. Click Edit user details.

4. In the Email address field, enter your new address, and then click Save. Since your email address also serves as your username, you will only be able to associate your email address with one Parkmobile account.
