Why can't I just change the expiration date of the credit card on file?

Our system is not designed to be able to simply update the expiration date for the credit card you have on file with us. The system requires that the entire number be re-entered. If you have a Basic, ParkMobilePro, or ParkMobile for Business account, you can change your credit card on file using your ParkMobile app. 

1. Click the "Settings" option located at the bottom right of your screen

2. Tap "Account Settings"

3. Enter your new email address and click "Save"

 

ParkMobile for Business accounts have the added feature of managing their accounts online from the Personal Pages. To update your credit card information online

1. Log into your account at wwwParkMobile.io

2. Click "Payment Method" on the left navigation menu,

3. Then select "Manage Credit Cards"

4. Click "Edit" and enter your card number

5.. After adding the new card details to your primary credit card, click "Save".
