Your username is your email address or your 10 digit mobile phone number (with no spaces and no dashes). If you forgot your password, you can generate a request from the mobile app, mobile web, or your Personal Pages to send a password reset link to the email address on your account. The instructions to request password assistance while on the Personal Pages are shown below, but requesting a new password within the mobile apps varies by app (iPhone, Android, Windows, Blackberry, or mobile web). In all cases though, you will be able to request a new password from the Sign In screen.
Using the Personal Pages:
1. From a browser, go to www.parkmobile.com. The login screen appears.
2. Click Sign In
3. Click Can't login? Continue >
4. Enter your mobile number or email address.
5. Click Send.
6. Wait for the password reset link to arrive via email and follow the instructions provided in the email.
If you do not receive an email from Parkmobile in your inbox folder, check your Junk Mail folder. We recommend adding Parkmobile's email address to your contact list to ensure that messages from Parkmobile arrive in your inbox.
