Parkmobile is a pay by phone parking solution and certain information varies depending on your location. Note that the information in this article is ONLY for the gated parking facilities operated by SP+ at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD where Parkmobile is offered as a payment option.

Transaction Fees (based on Membership Level):
There is no cost to register with us or to download one of our mobile apps. The transaction fees charged when you initiate a parking session are in addition to the regularly charged parking fees for your area. Transaction fees vary based on which level of membership you choose. View our Memberships article to learn more about the different membership levels.
The transaction fees for this area are as follows:
Basic Membership - $0.50 per transaction
Preferred Membership - $0.45 per transaction
Corporate Membership - $0.45 per transaction

The payment methods accepted in your area are: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
Area Specific Parkmobile Phone Number:
Parking in this area cannot be initiated by a phone call. The parking session payments made with Parkmobile in gated parking facilities operated by SP+ at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD are completed by the scanning of a gated/garage entry ticket. This can only be done with our iPhone and Android apps. In these gated facilities, payment sessions cannot be started by calling the automated voice response system used in non-gated facilities.
Zone Number Information:
Zone numbers are a critical part of your transaction and must be recorded correctly in order to create your parking payment session correctly. The zone number below is provided as a reference only. You MUST identify your Parkmobile zone number from the green Parkmobile signage located in your gated parking facility to ensure you create your payment session correctly.
In the gated parking facilities listed below the zone number is 4388 to 4392.
