One of Parkmobile's vendors will perform scheduled maintenance on November 24th. This update will last approximately 5 minutes during a 15-minute maintenance window. During the maintenance window, our vendor will complete a required update to our IVR (interactive voice response) system. As such, this update will only impact our Members who use the service by calling the toll-free number and accessing the automated phone system. You should not see any disruption of service, though we cannot make any absolute guarantee of that.
We cannot guarantee there will be disruption-free service 100% of the time, particularly during maintenance windows and regardless of whether the maintenance is scheduled or unscheduled.
