One of Parkmobile's vendors will perform scheduled maintenance on December 17th. This update will last approximately one minute during a one-hour maintenance window. During the maintenance window, our vendor will complete a required update to our IVR (interactive voice response) system. As such, this update will only impact our Members who use the service by calling the toll-free number and accessing the automated phone system.
We cannot guarantee there will be disruption-free service 100% of the time, particularly during maintenance windows and regardless of whether the maintenance is scheduled or unscheduled.
