Parkmobile's Self-Service Strategy

A recent consumer survey found that a majority of respondents thought positively about self-service. Most customers find that self-service is extremely convenient, and almost 70% of survey respondents prefer self-service over speaking to a company representative. 

With this in mind, Parkmobile provides numerous self-service options. You have the ability to completely manage your account though our mobile apps, website, and automated phone system. We also provide an extensive online Help Center. The Help Center answers numerous frequently asked questions, provides a specific article for every location offering the Parkmobile service, and includes articles to address tricky technical issues. 

The toll-free number posted on signage in your area directs calls to a robust automated system where you will have the ability to manage your parking sessions and edit some of the information associated with your account. While agents are available to address registration issues, help with technical difficulties (such as a payment processor issue not successfully running your payment, or some other problem), or to make an account change, we try to limit the access to our agents unless there is a problem. 

We certainly understand that some customers simply prefer to speak with an agent for registration purposes and account management. For the assistance of a live agent, there is a one-time registration fee of $5.00. If you are a registered customer and would like to make changes to your account with the assistance of an agent, there is an account change fee of $5.00. To avoid these fees, please register and manage your account through our mobile apps or online at If you do not have internet access, you can also register your account in our automated phone system. You will also have the ability to edit your credit card information using the automated system (press * for additional information at the zone prompt during the beginning of your call).
