Transaction Fees (based on Membership Level):
There is no cost to register with us or to download one of our mobile apps. The transaction fees charged when you initiate a parking session are in addition to the regularly charged parking fees for your area. In some areas transaction fees vary based on which level of membership you choose, but in Dunedin the transaction fee is $0.35 regardless of membership level. View our Memberships article to learn more about the different membership levels.
Parkmobile has agreed to waive the transaction fees ($0.35) for qualifying City of Dunedin residents. Transaction fees in this area are temporarily waived for the time being. After this period, the transaction fees for non-residents in this area are as follows:
Basic Membership - $0.35 per transaction
ParkmobilePro Membership - $0.35 per transaction
Corporate Membership - $0.35 per transaction
There are ParkmobilePro and Corporate Memberships available, but at this time neither would benefit you over the Basic Membership since discounts are not based on membership level here. You should choose Basic Membership during registration. By default when you register via any other method other than the website, your membership level is set to the Basic Membership.

You can not stop a session once started. You must select the amount of time you want in advance and pay for that time with your credit card. If you chose more time than you needed, you will not be able to stop the session or get a refund.
You are not able to extend your parking time, as times and rates are given according to when you start your parking, and what time block option you select.
