How do I change my membership?

You can adjust your membership level by logging in to your Personal Pages online at www.parkmobile.io. Click Sign in/Sign up and choose Zone Parking & Business Account parking option. At the next screen, you will be able to enter log-in credentials and will be granted access to your account. Once logged in, click Membership type on the left-hand navigation menu. Then review your current membership level information or choose Change membership to review and/or choose other membership options. Click Save.
