1) One App Does It All. You can now use ParkMobile for your parking and tolls.

2) Keep the Change. No coins or cash needed, and there is no need to stop at the tolling station. Pay right from your ParkMobile account when your license plate is scanned.

Applying is easy. Click or tap "Apply for Tolling" in the email invite you received, enter your ParkMobile account details, and accept the Terms & Conditions – we'll send you a confirmation email once you've officially been added to the program and can start paying for tolls with ParkMobile.

Can I still use my ParkMobile account to pay for parking if I'm not eligible for ParkMobile Tolling?

Absolutely! You can still use your ParkMobile account to make parking payments and parking reservations.

How do I know if I've been opted in and accepted into the Tolling program

If accepted into the Tolling program, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address on your ParkMobile account.

Can I apply to join the program if I didn't receive an invite?

Not at this time. Select users are eligible to apply to participate in the beta program for ParkMobile
Tolling, by invitation only. Space is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. This program is still in the beta phase and there may be ongoing updates to the program.

Why was my application to join ParkMobile Tolling denied?

This is likely because your license plate number is registered directly with a tolling authority, you have requested a tolling transponder from your state, you already have an account with a tolling operator like EZ Pass, or your license plate number is already registered on a ParkMobile Fleet/Business account.

How will I know if I am accepted into the ParkMobile Tolling beta program?

Users will be notified via email if they are accepted into the beta program and their registered license plate number is activated.

I already use a transponder to pay for tolls. Can I still join the program?

Users who have already requested a tolling transponder from their respective states are not eligible
for ParkMobile Tolling.

My license plate number is already registered with a tolling authority. Can I still join the program?

No. License plate numbers that are already registered with a tolling authority are not eligible for ParkMobile Tolling.

I have an existing account with a tolling operator (i.e. EZ Pass). Can I still join the program?

Current EZ Pass customers are not eligible for ParkMobile Tolling.

Do I need a transponder to use the Fast Lane with ParkMobile Tolling?

No. You can now use the fast lanes that require a transponder, without a transponder! As you drive through the toll in the fast lane, don't worry if a red light or "X" symbol flashes. We've got you covered!

How many vehicles/licenses plates can I register to pay for tolls?

Only 1 license plate number may be registered for ParkMobile Tolling at this time. Users may only enroll owned vehicles, rental cars and leased cars are not eligible for ParkMobile Tolling. Users may only register 2-axle vehicles, vehicles and trucks with trailers are not eligible for ParkMobile Tolling.

What payment methods can I use to pay for tolls?

Only credit cards are accepted for payment at this time. The primary credit card on your ParkMobile account will be charged and if that payment fails, an attempt to process the charge will be made to the secondary credit card on your account, if applicable.

Can subusers on an account sign up for the Tolling Program?

Yes, as long as they meet all the criteria already discussed and they received the invite. However, note that the email address they are using as the subuser on the account will be the one to receive the tolling emails EXCEPT for the receipts. The receipts will be sent to the primary user on the account, even if that primary user isn't the one who signed up for tolling.

Is there a transaction fee when paying for tolls with ParkMobile?

ParkMobile charges a transaction fee of $0.99 per toll. As the ParkMobile Tolling program is still in beta, we may adjust the transaction fee as the program continues to expand.

How do I opt out of the program if I change my mind?

To opt out of the ParkMobile Tolling Program, submit a request to ParkMobile Member Services. When you are successfully opted out of the program you will receive an email confirmation.

Will I get a receipt when I pay for tolls with ParkMobile?

Yes. ParkMobile tracks when you drive through a toll, and will charge the default credit card on your ParkMobile account. Tolling activity may take a few days to show up on your account, so don't be alarmed! Every tolling authority processes tolls differently. This affects how long it takes tolls to appear on your account.

My payment for tolls failed. What do I do now?

When your payment for a toll fails, your account will be disabled automatically and you will be opted out of the Tolling program. To enable your account, login to your ParkMobile account and update your payment method. You must then submit a request to ParkMobile Member Services to opt back in to the Tolling Program. You may choose to remain opted out of the Tolling program if you wish, but you must update your credit card on file in order to resume use of your ParkMobile account to make parking payments and parking reservations.

What do I do if my ParkMobile account is suspended or disabled?

If your payment for a toll fails, your account will be suspended/disabled automatically and you will be opted out of the Tolling program.

Can I get a refund for a tolling payment?

Tolling payments are non-refundable. If you have an issue regarding your account or a specific tolling payment submit a request to ParkMobile Member Services to provide your ParkMobile account details and the reason for your inquiry.

Why did I receive a tolling violation/failure to pay notice even though I paid for my toll with ParkMobile?

While this is unlikely, it is possible if the scanner at the tolling facility transmits an LPN that doesn't seem to match any LPN we have associated with an account. This might happen if the scanner reads the plate incorrectly or if the plate is partially blocked, covered or obscured in some way. In that case, submit a request to ParkMobile Member Services to investigate.
