Can subusers on an account sign up for the Tolling Program?
Yes, as long as they meet all the criteria already discussed and they received the invite. However, note that the email address they are using as the subuser on the account will be the one to receive the tolling emails EXCEPT for the receipts. The receipts will be sent to the primary user on the account, even if that primary user isn't the one who signed up for tolling.

Yes. ParkMobile tracks when you drive through a toll, and will charge the default credit card on your ParkMobile account. Why did I receive a tolling violation/failure to pay notice even though I paid for my toll with ParkMobile?
While this is unlikely, it is possible if the scanner at the tolling facility transmits an LPN that doesn't seem to match any LPN we have associated with an account. This might happen if the scanner reads the plate incorrectly or if the plate is partially blocked, covered or obscured in some way. In that case, submit a request to ParkMobile Member Services to investigate.
