How do I view an active parking session?

You can view the status of your active parking session by using the mobile app or mobile web. Parkmobile for Business customers have exclusive access to the Personal Pages to view all active employee parking sessions.

 

To view your active parking session from the mobile app:

1. Log in to the mobile app.

2. Tap the "Activity" button

3. The details of your session are displayed.

 

To view your active parking session from the mobile web:

1. Log in to the website Parkmobile.io

2. At the top of the Parkmobile screen, tap Active parking for your license plate number (Zone XXX).

3. The details of your session are displayed.

 

To view your active parking session in Personal Pages if you subscribe to Parkmobile for Business:

1. Log in to your Personal Pages from the website, Parkmobile.io.

2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Parking History under Overview. Your parking sessions appear for the date range shown above the transactions.

3. Click the button to expand the current active parking session or sessions to view details.
