What are the Membership plans?

There are three levels of membership: Classic, ParkMobile Go, then lastly ParkMobile for Business.

Classic Membership (no monthly fee)

• Hassle-free parking. Seamlessly pay for parking with your mobile phone!
• Parking longer than planned? Remotely add time to your parking session—no need to walk back to the meter.
• Find a parking space before you arrive. Forget the hassle of finding parking last minute. Reserve a space directly from your phone.
• Customize alerts to notify you when your session is about to expire.
• A transaction fee per parking session applies (fee varies by location)*
• Free online or mobile app registration
• Free push notifications, email parking alerts, and text (SMS) reminders
• Up to 5 license plate numbers per account
• Up to 5 phone numbers per account (can be added online in your Personal Pages)

You should choose Classic Membership if your parking operator waives the transaction fee on your behalf. View our article on Waived Transaction Fee Locations to learn more.

ParkMobile Go Membership ($3.99 monthly fee)

All of the features of Classic Membership are included, with these additions:

• Removal of the transaction fee cost 
• Cancel at any time
• 30 Day free trial to test if this suits your needs

ParkMobile for Business ($8.99 per license plate, per month) 

• Free online registration
• Receive discounts on paid ParkMobile Wallet transaction fees per parking session (fee varies by location)*
• Free Text (SMS), push notifications, and email alerts
• Unlimited vehicles may be added
• Unlimited phone numbers (users) per account
• Monthly statements and reports on parking and payment history
• Notifications when drivers have started a parking transaction
• All expenses are billed centrally to the corporate account

When is the membership fee charged?

Note on Billing: The system automatically calculates and applies exact pro-rata fees for each vehicle during the billing period. Upon upgrading, you will immediately be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month based on your selected plan:

• ParkMobile Go: A flat rate of $3.99 per month.

• ParkMobile for Business: A pro-rated amount per vehicle on file at the time of the upgrade.

For example, if you signed up for ParkMobile Go or ParkMobile for Business Membership on the 30th of the month, you are charged the fee for that month. For every month afterward, the fee is charged on the 1st of the month (which normally processes within 3 days.)
