If a parking session starts in your app for a car you have sold or a vehicle you have previously rented and returned, it means that camera parking is still activated for the car in your app. The camera parking feature will initiate the parking session in the account where it is activated, regardless of the driver.
What Should I Do?
To avoid future occurrences, please disable camera parking for any vehicles you no longer own directly within the Parkmobile app. After removing a sold car, you will no longer be charged for that car.
Refund request for parking on a previously owned car
Just so you know, it is the user's responsibility to manage the vehicles listed in their app and to turn off camera parking when necessary.
