Understanding Your Parking Violation
ParkMobile is designed to make parking easier by helping you start and manage parking sessions through our app; however, we do not manage or enforce parking regulations or citations. If you have received a parking violation, it is issued and managed by the parking operator or enforcement agency responsible for that parking area.
Steps to Dispute Your Parking Violation
To dispute your parking violation, follow these steps to provide proof of your valid parking payment and contact the appropriate authorities:

- Submitting Your Dispute with Required Documentation
1. Locate Your Parking Payment Verification
Open the ParkMobile app and navigate to "Activity" > "History" to find the payment confirmation for the parking session related to your citation. This verification will serve as proof of payment when disputing your violation. You may also use the parking confirmation email receipt. Keep in mind that if your account is registered under an Apple ID security email, Parkmobile emails may be automatically sent to your Trash or Spam folder.
2. Contact the Parking Operator or Enforcement Agency
The authority that issued the parking citation is usually the local parking operator or enforcement agency. Their contact information is generally listed on the back of your parking ticket or violation notice. Reach out to them directly to begin the dispute process.
3. Submit Your Dispute with Documentation
Provide the enforcement agency with your parking payment verification from the ParkMobile app, along with any other requested information to support your dispute. Follow their instructions carefully to ensure your case is reviewed.

- ParkMobile does not control or enforce parking areas, so we cannot cancel or overturn parking violations.

I received a ticket on March 6th after using Apple Pay for payment.
I received a parking violation ticket after paying to park with the app. There is absolutely no contact information on my ticket (front or back) and it just says “no permit shown” as the reason. It’s not like I was in a reserved spot, so do I suddenly need some kind of permit in addition to paying online with the parkmobile app? I’ve been parking here for almost a year with no issue.
I paid thru ParkMobile App, still got a ticket. I even put a note on my car saying I have no receipt, paid thru app. Today, March 17, 2026, paid at machine to get receipt. Gave me no receipt. Paid double thru app. This is so frustrating. Have no idea who to contact to dispute. Been parking here since 2023 and this has happened a few times. Can’t you guys fix your machine or give me some help. This is very inconvenient as there is no where else to park and I can’t carry a copier with me to print my receipt from the app. Please HELP!!!!
I received a ticket after purchasing through the my phone. I followed the steps correctly like many times before and my phone used its location. I put my state in and paid. I received a parking ticket. When I went back and reviewed my payment it said I was in Baltimore? Not sure how that happened seems like a computer glitch. Anyways I not only paid you but I also have a ticket to pay. 🥳

I receive a ticket when still had like a hour left not right .
I have proof that I was just paid not even a hour and charge 60 dollars.
On April 25, 2026, I received a parking citation--just before Midnight. Earlier that evening, I had called ParkMobile prior to leaving my car in there in Parking Zone 47022 located in the Midtown section of Houston, TX. The ParkMobile employee, "Luis", specifically stated that the space was available for me to park free of charge. And, although the sign was indicating otherwise, I relied on Luis' word and ended up suffering the consequences. I, of course appealed the ticket, to no avail; I still ended up having to pay a certain amount to the City of Houston still for having my car parked in that parking zone! This REALLY seems like a racket to me. I'm just saying.
