PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Promotion begins on 07/22/2024 and ends on 09/30/2024 at 11:59 ET. Valid while supplies last. Receipt of a Starbucks e-gift card may take 6-8 weeks after the parking session is completed. The sponsor of this giveaway is ParkMobile ("Sponsor"). By participating in the promotion, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to new ParkMobile users in all zones. To be eligible you must be a new ParkMobile customer that creates an account during the offer period. Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old (the \"Entrant\"). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the \"Promotion Entities\"), are ineligible to enter the promotion. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Enter by app: Add a new American Express® card as a payment method in the ParkMobile app 07/22/2024 through 9/30/2024 and use your American Express® to pay to par 2X by 9/30/2024. To add and use an American Express® card as a payment method in the ParkMobile app and to be eligible for a $5.00 Starbucks gift card:

Go to the 'Settings' tab in your ParkMobile app
Select 'Payment Methods'
Add a new American Express card as a payment method
Use the new American Express card to make two parking transactions
Receive a $5 Starbucks gift card through the email address associated with your ParkMobile account within 14 days
Promo applicable to all ParkMobile zones
Limit of one gift card per user
Valid while supplies last

Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this giveaway.
