What do I do if I'm having trouble signing in?

As of February 2024, ParkMobile has removed password requirements to access your account.

To access your ParkMobile account, enter the email address or mobile phone number listed on your account into the username field on your mobile app or website. A link will then be sent to you via email or text message. Once you click the link, you're automatically logged into your account.

If you have used your Apple or Google login to create your account, you can also access your account using this method.
