How do I Register an Account in the Mobile App?

After installing and opening the ParkMobile app, you can choose to Sign Up for a new account or Sign In to your existing account:



You will need to review and agree to the Terms and Condition in order to Sign Up. You will be asked for your vehicle information during registration:




Next, you will be asked to choose a payment method. Note that not all payment methods are accepted in all areas. So while ParkMobile will allow you to choose any of the available payment methods to save to your account, that isn't a guarantee it is accepted by your parking operator/authority. Your session may be declined for that reason if you have a payment method on your account which isn't accepted in your area. You can check your parking area's specific Help Center article to learn what payment methods are accepted in your area. 


You can choose to link your account to PayPal if you've determined it is accepted in your parking area (you will be directed to the PayPal site if that option is selected). Otherwise, you will enter your credit card details:



After saving your payment information, your account will be registered and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once your account is registered, you'll be taken to the main "Parking" screen where you can enter the required information to start a parking session. Additionally, you are reminded that there may be a transaction fee in your area.
