How do I Register an Account in the Mobile App?

After installing and opening the Parkmobile app, you can choose to Sign Up for a new account or Sign In to your existing account:



You will be asked for basic and vehicle information during registration. Promo codes can also be entered at this screen (if your parking operator/authority has indicated they are offering a promotional discount in your area):



Next, you will be asked to choose a payment method. Note that not all payment methods are accepted in all areas. So while Parkmobile will allow you to choose any of the available payment methods to save to your account, that isn't a guarantee it is accepted by your parking operator/authority. Your session may be declined for that reason if you have a payment method on your account which isn't accepted in your area. You can check your parking area's specific Help Center article to learn what payment methods are accepted in your area. 



You can choose to link your account to PayPal if you've determined it is accepted in your parking area (you will be directed to the PayPal site if that option is selected). Otherwise, you will enter your credit card details:



After entering your basic, vehicle, and payment information, you have the ability to review your information and the Parkmobile terms and conditions. If everything looks correct, you will choose the 'Finish' option located in the top right corner.



The final step of the registration process requires you to agree to the Parkmobile terms and conditions. Additionally, you are reminded that there may be a transaction fee in your area. When you tap "OK" to agree to the Terms and Conditions and then "Submit" your registration details, your account will be registered and you'll be taken to the main "Parking" screen where you can enter the required information to start a parking session.
