How do I add a license plate to my account using the Parkmobile app for iPhone?

You can add, edit, or update the license plate numbers on your Parkmobile profile in your iPhone app.

In the app, go to 'Settings' at the bottom right of the screen. Tap Vehicles in the list, and you'll see the list of vehicles currently on the account:

To edit: To edit one of those vehicles on your account from the Vehicles page, tap the vehicle to edit it. That License Plate’s ‘Edit Vehicle’ page will appear to allow you to edit any portion of it. Tap in the field you need to edit, such as License Plate, State/Province, Nickname (is an optional field – Example: “Bob’s truck” or “Red Ford”), select default vehicle if this is the one you’d drive and park most often. When finished, tap the Save button at the top right of the screen.

To Delete: To delete a vehicle from your account, on the Vehicles page, swipe the vehicle to delete it. Swipe again to remove the delete button if you decide you don’t want to delete it. Tap the delete button if you do want to delete it. Or, if you tapped the vehicle already, you can see the ‘Delete Vehicle’ button at the bottom of that License Plate’s ‘Edit Vehicle’ page. Tap to delete.

To Add: Personal accounts can have up to 5 vehicles; business accounts can have an unlimited number. To add a license plate to your account, on the Vehicles page, tap the + sign at the top right of the screen. Complete the fields: License Plate Number, State/Province, Nickname (is an optional field – Example: “Bob’s truck” or “Red Ford”), and select default vehicle if this is the one you’d drive and park most often. When finished, tap the Save button at the top right of the screen. If you choose not to make it your default and leave it as an additional vehicle, you'll need to be careful to choose the correct vehicle when you initiate your parking session. Parkmobile parking sessions are built to be absolutely tamper-proof, and cannot be edited or cancelled once they've been activated.
