Basic, ParkMobilePro, and ParkMobile for Business accounts can update their emails in the mobile ParkMobile app.
Using the ParkMobile app:
1. Click the "Settings" tab at the bottom right of your screen.
2. Next select "Account Settings."
3. Update your current email
4. Tap "Save"
Please note if you have registered an account using a single Apple or Google sign-in, you are unable to change your email address at this time and must continue to log in using your Apple or Google sign-in.
ParkMobile for Business accounts have the added feature of managing their accounts in the mobile app or online from the Personal Pages at www.ParkMobile.io. Personal Pages instructions for changing your email address are shown below.
Using the Personal Pages:
1. Sign in to your Personal Pages (see What are Personal Pages?).
2. From the left navigation list, click My Account. The Account Details page appears.
3. Click Edit user details.
4. In the Email address field, enter your new address, and then click Save. Since your email address also serves as your username, you will only be able to associate your email address with one Parkmobile account.
